David Kitt

This year marks the 25th anniversary of David Kitt’s beloved debut album The Big Romance. The album is widely regarded as one of the great Irish albums and has featured regularly in polls amongst critics and fans alike having sold 60,000 copies in Ireland alone.

To mark the milestone, Kitt is releasing The Big Romance (Kittser’s Version) - a newly reimagined edition of the album. Stream recent singles Song From Hope St. (Brooklyn, NY); T’s & C’s; All Been Gold; and You Know What I Want to Know, now.

The anniversary will also be celebrated with two special live shows, where David Kitt performs The Big Romance in full at Dublin’s National Concert Hall.

Luka Bloom

Luka Bloom is an artist without equal. Uncompromising in his pursuit of the craft of songwriting, he has amassed a huge catalog of material in his more than fifty years of penning songs. A keen observer of the world around him, and a masterful storyteller.

And even if Luka were never to have written a song in his life, his guitar playing alone would still be more than enough to hold an entire audience spellbound.

We're extremely priviledged to have Luka return here once again to perform for us at The Seantí. Long may he continue to do so.

Texas-based veteran musician Drew Gabbert is delivering an authentic Dylan experience, showcasing the repertoire and persona of one of music's most iconic figures.

Gabbert offers up a mysterious ability to embody the many voices of Dylan with accuracy and reverence – as if singing through a hall of mirrors. Close your eyes and you’ll be thoughtfully carried through the young man in old man’s clothes, drifting past the country croon, and held firmly by the elder statesman. These eras with their ancient muses are captured by Gabbert fluently.

What do you get when you mix one of the country's finest songwriters with two of the very best musicians on the planet?? A hell of a gig is what you get!!!

Mick Hanly is the man who kicked off Live @ The Seantí back in June of 2022. No one has done more to help further the cause than he. A hugely respected figure in songwriting circles, Mick's catalog of songs is both vast and impressive. A  peerless storyteller who quite easily ranks with the very best.

Joining him once again are two of the best hired guns in the business. Anto Drennan and Eoghan O'Neill's credits are way to many to go into here, but suffice it to say that they've played and recorded with the best of the best!!

Kris Drever

This is one we are seriosly excited about!!!

Guitarist, singer and songwriter, Kris Drever’s originality sits confidently alongside the folk music tradition he comes from. Known for his soulful vocals, intricate guitar work and insightful writing, Drever has garnered acclaim from critics and fans worldwide.
From his work with revered prog-folk trio LAU to an album in collaboration with Idlewild frontman Roddy Woomble and fiddler John McCusker, or the visionary, nature-focused Spell Songs project, Drever is no stranger to collaboration. His solo recording career won him a BBC Radio 2 Folk Award for the title track of 2016 If Wishes Were Horses, and it is in solo form that audiences have seen him perform most in recent years.
