Apart from being one of the most in-demand comics in the land, John Colleary has also co-written and starred in IFTA nominated shows, The Savage Eye (RTÉ2) and Irish Pictorial Weekly (RTÉ One). Other TV credits include appearances on Hardy Bucks  and Bridget & Eamon (RTÉ2). A talented actor and mimic, John featured as one third of The Gusset Brothers on The Tommy Tiernan Show (RTÉ One).

Martyn Travis & The Dock Road Band with Buddy Mondlock

Two great songwriters, one from Dunmore East and the other from Nashville. Back for the third installment of this collaboration here at The Seantí. 

Dunmore East native Martyn Travis is a man of the sea, and a man of music. A great songwriter, Martyn draws inspiration from the world around him. He writes of people, places, travel, love, loss, work, and of course his beloved sea. His songs range from the simple to the very complex, always powerful, and often very moving....... Martyn will have his full ensemble "The Dock Road Band" with him on the night. Unmissable!!!

Buddy Mondlock is an American musician and songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee, born in Illinois. His most famous song is "The Kid", which has been variously covered by David Wilcox, Peter, Paul & Mary, and Cry, Cry, Cry. He has released 5 solo studio albums, as well as collaborating with other artists, such as Garth Brooks, Janis Ian, and Art Garfunkel.

Freddie White

We are pinching ourselves with the thoughts of another visit from the legendary Freddie White. His last show was something to witness...... He put on a performance beyond all belief, and recieved the longest standing ovation in Seantí history. An unforgettable moment!!

Freddie, though a fantastic songwriter himself, excels in taking the work of other great songwriters and making it his own. His guitar picking alone is worth the price of admission!!

Without doubt, one of the gigs of last summer, the fabulous SÍNÓ return to The Seantí on Saturday June 27th for another helping of sheer musical magic!!!

SÍNÓ are a  powerful and dynamic 3 piece vocal group consisting of vocalists Cliodhna Gahan, Cathy Forristal and Hannah Malone.

Their voices blend beautifully to produce remarkable 3 part harmonies. Their music is mesmerising and good for the soul. Combining amazing vocals with melodies and harmonies that elevate you and leave you yearning for more.

Kris Drever

This is one we are seriosly excited about!!!

Guitarist, singer and songwriter, Kris Drever’s originality sits confidently alongside the folk music tradition he comes from. Known for his soulful vocals, intricate guitar work and insightful writing, Drever has garnered acclaim from critics and fans worldwide.
From his work with revered prog-folk trio LAU to an album in collaboration with Idlewild frontman Roddy Woomble and fiddler John McCusker, or the visionary, nature-focused Spell Songs project, Drever is no stranger to collaboration. His solo recording career won him a BBC Radio 2 Folk Award for the title track of 2016 If Wishes Were Horses, and it is in solo form that audiences have seen him perform most in recent years.
